Made out of paper mache, a mix of waste paper and other organic materials, this pot is a piece of art and represents the very theme of India. An old technique used by our grandmothers and their grandmothers, was usually used to make small and big and small bowls and containers to store grains, breads, dry eatables etc. We used the same technique to create different and unique products.
Each piece is 100% handmade and is made by needy women in rural villages of Rajasthan. Not only does it empower Indian women, but it also empower mother nature. It's the great way to recycle paper and mimimise paper waste.
It is revival of old Indian traditions blended with sustainability.
*Variation of +/- 2" in size.
*Since it's 100% handmade, photographs are close but cannot be exactly same, product may slightly look different from different angles.
*Slight variation in texture maybe there, although it looks close in the photo.
*Not fit for outdoors.
*Avoid continuous contact with water. Climatic moisture is tolerable.
*Fragile, avoid bangs and jerks.
